It performs automatic pump start/stop during sunflower oil transport, monitoring and control of oil quantity in storage vessels, automatic calculation of the sold oil quantity during the filling of small and big vessels, invoice printing, process information visualization, archiving and storing in operator station.

Project, design and development of management automation system for three ventilator towers, 9 ventilators each. The system is built on the basis of programmable controllers S7-215 and operator panels OP17, terminals, terminal blocks, low-voltage switchgear and controlgear, production of SIEMENS – Germany, and RITTAL enclosures for the equipment. The system performs operation and control of the work of three groups of ventilators according to fixed, individual algorithms. Information for the work of the system is visualized on the displays of the operator panels. By OP17 a change in the existing and adding of new parameters is performed.
