SCADA System Reconstruction of Boiler 5 in TPP Rousse

Description: includes technological protection system of K5 (built on SIMATIC S5 95F), management and control system of the Natural Gas Burning Installation (built on SIMATIC S7 300F) and Dust Feeders Control system (built on VFD MICROMASTER 420).

The existing management and visualization software installed, was replaced with WINCC V7.0 system software. The scope of the work includes project development, delivery of the equipment, mounting, wiring, PLC and SCADA programming, application software development, commissioning, adjustment and putting into exploitation.

Protection system of block No4 -110MW. The system includes programmable controllers SIMATIC S5-100U, production of SIEMENS AG – Germany and operator station IBM PC/AT type. It performs automatic operation and control of the technological protection system of the boiler, activation and alarming at appearance of a critical event, and restoring of the normal working conditions after elimination of the cause for the protection system activation.

Cargo tanks level monitoring and control information system “CONTROL-RK” for oil tankers 621.1 hull No 528 и 529. The system is built on the basis of programmable controllers SIMATIC S5-115U and S5-103U, operator panels OP15 and operator station SICOMP, production of SIEMENS AG – Germany. The system performs monitoring and control of the level in the cargo tanks and the state of the ship engines, visualization of the information on the displays of the operator panels and on the monitor of the operator station, causing and writing of a messages for the state of the parameters monitored (pressure, temperature, etc.) and alarm messages, long-term information archiving and storing.

The system is built on the basis of programmable controllers SIMATIC S5-115U, и S5-103U, operator panels OP15 and operator station SICOMP, production of SIEMENS AG – Germany, and pressure transmitters, production of IPH – Denmark. The system performs monitoring and control of the level in the cargo tanks and the state of the ship engines, visualization of the information on the displays of the operator panels and on the monitor of the operator station, causing and writing of a messages for the state of the parameters monitored (pressure, temperature, etc.) and alarm messages, long-term information archiving and storing.

Ultrasonic level measuring system for level monitoring of highly chemical aggressive fluids. The system consist of 10 pcs. XPS10 ultrasonic transducers and programmable ultrasonic station AiRanger XPL Plus, production of MILLTRONICS – UK.

TPP "ROUSSE - EAST"

Turbo-generator No2 monitoring and control automation system. The system is built on the basis of programmable controllers SIMATIC S5-95F, SIMATIC S5-135U and operator station COROS LS WIN, production of SIEMENS AG – Germany. It realizes “FAIL SAFE” automatic operation and control of the protection system of the generator by S5-95F controllers – 2 pcs. monitoring and control of the rest of the generator parameters by S5-135U controller and operation of the relevant actuating mechanisms. The whole system is managed by operator station COROS LS WIN which performs additional data processing, visualization of the monitored parameters and processes, causing and writing of operating messages, alarm messages, long-term information archiving and storing, printing of information about transition periods by key.
