The system performs uninterrupted monitoring and control of the work of the Diverter gates. Any blocking of a gate causes alarm message appearance. The monitored parameters, processes, working messages, alarm messages are visualized on the monitor of the operator station. The operator station manages the whole system, processes, archives, stores and prints by key the information for the work of the system. A local visualization of some of the parameters on OP5 is foreseen.
Three ultrasonic level monitoring systems. The systems consist of 30 pcs ST25CT, ST50UV, XPS10 and XPS15 ultrasonic transducers, BICII communication module and 3 pcs. AiRanger XPL Plus programmable ultrasonic station with relay output modules SAM-20, production of MILLTRONICS – UK. They perform uninterrupted monitoring of the level in 30 vessels. At reaching of a fixed pre-set level values the systems automatically switch on/off pumps and operate the filling/empting of the vessels.
Ice cream mixture level, volume and temperature monitoring system. The system is built on the basis of programmable controller SIMATIC S5-102U, production of SIEMENS AG – Germany, 20 pcs. ST25CV ultrasonic transducers, 2 pcs. AiRanger XPL Plus ultrasonic stations, production of MILLTRONICS – UK, 20 pcs. Pt100 sensors and 2 pcs. IBM PC/AT operator stations. It performs uninterrupted monitoring and control of the temperature, the level and the volume of ice cream mixtures in 20 vessels by keeping of the optimum conditions for the preparing of the mixtures. The information for the work of the system is visualized, managed archived and stored by the two operator stations.
Reconstruction of Boiler No 6. Complete replacement of the existing relay-contactor wiring with new automation system. The reconstruction is performed on the basis of programmable controllers SIMATIC S5-95F, SIMATIC S5-115U, and ОS77/WINCC operator station, production of SIEMENS AG – Germany, UV burner flame control sensors, production of Honeywell – USA и gas regulators of GASTECHNIKA company. The system realizes automatic operation and control of the fuel burning installation, natural gas supplying and “FAIL SAFE” protection system, visualization of the necessary parameters and processes by operator station, processing, long-term archiving, storing and printing by key of the information.
Fire alarm system of TPP “ROOSSE – EAST”. The system is built on the basis of automatic fire alarm sensors APOLLO, TESLA, Protectorwire, central units PIS24 – 5 pcs., PIS8 – 1 pc., ELTA telephone exchange and IBM PC/AT computer.

The whole information is processed, visualized, archived and stored by the operator station OS77/WINCC.
Ultrasonic level measuring system for level monitoring of highly chemical aggressive fluids. The system consists of 10 pcs. XPS10 ultrasonic transducers and programmable 10-point ultrasonic station AiRanger XPL Plus, production of MILLTRONICS – UK. It performs uninterrupted monitoring of the level of highly chemical aggressive fluids in 10 vessels and visualization of the information on the display of AiRanger XPL Plus.
“Automatic monitoring of fuel burning installation of block No2”. The system is built on the basis of programmable controller SIMATIC S7-314 and operator station OS77/WINCC, production of SIEMENS – Germany. The system performs automatic monitoring and control of the fuel installation and the burning of block No2 and information processing, visualization, archiving and storing of the necessary parameters, states, working and alarm messages by the operator station as well as printing by key of selected information from previous periods.
“Block No 4 FAIL SAFE protection system”. The system is built on the basis of programmable controllers SIMATIC S5-95F and operator station OS77/WINCC, production of SIEMENS – Germany. The system performs automatic monitoring and control of block No2 protections and information processing, visualization, archiving and storing in operator station.
